Feature article issue

For writing my feature article, i was using my community of running.  I specialized in running and decided to write about how beginners can get into running.  In this i can use different training plans to write up with as evidence and advice on how to start.  Also I can talk about injuries and problems beginners will face and have to endure to become long term runners.  With these issues I have I can also use personal issues to help give other background information on the article.  These facts plus the personal knowledge that I know will help me to write an extensive and comprehensive feature article.

3 Online blog analysis

The online blog I picked was http://www.everywhereist.com/. It talks about different aspects of traveling and vacationing.  The main issue is problems or questions and even reviews that relate to the vacationing spots.  It talks about these issues in a broad sense to attract more people and more audience throughout the traveling community.  It relates to my community because it both involves specific details and issues that are prevalent in the community.  By saying this they are kind of the same, just the online blog is a broader example as compared to my blog about the issues and problems in the running community.

Future feature articles/stories

In the future I can use these same credentials that I used for the profile of Sendin, for other feature articles. Some ideas for them would be different aspects of the running community.  Such as, The benefits of running, how running can affect your life, and how running can change your life.  These are different examples of how feature articles can be used for future articles on the running community.

Why I Choose Sendin to profile

There are 5 main reasons why I choose Sendin to profile for my paper they are:
  1. We are both involved in the same community making it easier to relate.
  2. We share the same experiences being on the same college cross country team, allowing me to ask more precise questions.
  3. He shares a great passion for running.
  4. He has experienced many problems and issues in his running career.
  5.  He adds a different aspect of running, by being from somewhere outside of my general living area.

Who I might profile

Right now my greatest possibility for my profile is doing it on Sendin Bajric.  I thinking about picking Sendin because we are so alike and share so much of the same common interests.  Also he is easily accessible and volunteered to help me out on my profile of him.  I relate to him because we both run in the same community.  This also means we have some of the same experiences and issues that we face, making it easier to put his thoughts into words.  Things I will ask him might be issues he faces while running, greatest let down in running, and greatest achievement in running.
